Request a free meet-and-greet session

Before enrolling in our doggy day care, we recommend arranging a meet-and-greet session. This allows your pet to interact with a member of staff in a neutral environment, ensuring they feel secure before starting their daycare experience. It also gives us a chance to assess your dog's behaviour and ensure they are a good fit for our program.

For more comprehensive details, please visit our dedicated FAQs page.

Are you licensed?

Yes, absolutely! We are not only fully licensed by Merton Council, which is a legal requirement for all dog daycare and boarding businesses in the UK, but we also go beyond basic compliance.Being licensed means we meet stringent national welfare and safety standards, covering everything from our facilities and hygiene to our qualified staff and emergency procedures. This ensures your dog receives top-tier care in a secure, regulated environment. Our current Merton Council Animal Licence number is LN/000035309, and we are continuously assessed to maintain and improve our star rating.

Are you insured?

Yes, Muddies dog daycare is insured to professional standards through specialist animal trade insurers. Our insurance covers a range of services, although we do not necessarily carry out all of them. A certificate of proof of cover is available upon request.

What is the minimum age for a dog to attend doggy daycare?

We accept puppies from 12 weeks of age or once they have completed their vaccinations. All dogs must be vaccinated against rabies, distemper, parvovirus, kennel cough, and bordetella, and should also be treated for fleas and worms. Neutering is required when appropriate.

Do you offer pick up and drop off ?

Yes, we offer a limited pick-up and drop-off service for clients based on their location and proximity to Muddies. While our primary service requires clients to drop off their dogs and pick them up, we do provide a dog taxi service by prior arrangement for collection or drop-off. We provide all necessary safety equipment to ensure a secure and comfortable journey for your pet.

Do you offer dog boarding?

Yes, we do! However, our dog boarding services are exclusively available to our regular weekly daycare clients. Unfortunately, non-regular clients do not qualify for our boarding services. If you're interested in becoming a regular daycare client and gaining access to our boarding options, please contact us for more details.
